CARS, Inc. ensures the donation process is quick and easy for both donors and the COA, while maximizing revenue from each vehicle. Your gift may qualify for a tax deduction, and you can avoid the expense and hassle of repairing or selling a vehicle you no longer need.
We accept all types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, airplanes, heavy equipment, farm machinery, and most other motorized vehicles—whether they are running or not. To qualify, your vehicle must:
- Be in one piece
- Be towable and accessible by a tow truck
- Have an engine
- Have a clear title
Proceeds from all vehicle donations directly support Meals on Wheels in Crawford County.
The entire process of selling a donated vehicle typically takes 4 to 12 weeks, after which Meals on Wheels receives the funds. Once you submit your donation online, over the phone, or via email, the Vehicle Donation Support Team will contact you within 48 business hours to confirm your donation and arrange pick-up.
